Interesting to note that the shillbots over at r/flatearth seem to get oddly triggered when you bring up the concept of dielectrics and gaussian fields in the context of a possible explanation for the “downward force” we experience with >dense objects here on the realm….. A little bit of panic perhaps, as the mass attracting mass theory pales under the bright light of present day thinking and advancing fields of study?
