It wouldn’t even happen because we see the same face of the moon from earth anywhere it is, it rotates exactly with the supposed spin of the earth and we see the sea of tranquility always, if the Apollo mission landed near the sea of tranquility wouldn’t the earth always have been overhead? There is no earth rise on the moon. 🤔🤔🤔😅
