Clouds Behind + In Front Of Sun

I’m just curious. What’s the deal with clouds being in front of and behind the sun simultaneously. Isn’t that impossible if the highest clouds are found like 100 miles up. But the sun of course is much farther? Just thought that it supports the flat earth claim that the sun is actually very close to earth. Any opinions are welcome, Thank you
