Is GPS data faked? (sea level & tectonic plate movement)

I don’t believe in sea level rise or moving continents, but I can’t explain why there are so many studies with GPS data showing these movements. I know that a lot of the data comes straight from NASA (like the ITRF data), but there are many studies done without data from NASA. The Nevada Geology Laboratory says: “Hundreds of organizations collect, manage, and distribute the original data from these (GNSS) stations. These organizations cooperate under various service-oriented institutions, such as the International Global Navigation Satellite Systems Service ([IGS](http://www.igs.org/)) and [UNAVCO](http://www.unavco.org/), a university-governed consortium that facilitates geoscience research and education using geodesy.” Are all these organizations & geologists in on the conspiracy? That seems unlikely to me, but perhaps NASA & the other “space” agencies manipulate their satellites GPS response to give the illusion of movement? That would be more plausible I guess, but I’m not very tech savvy so I don’t know if that’s possible. How could this all this GPS data be faked to give the current results? **EDIT:** for those who would argue “plate tectonics has nothing to do with flat earth”: they claim to measure northward plate movement on Antarctica, so debunking this GPS nonsense is very much in our best interest: [https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1674984722000775](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1674984722000775) **EDIT2:** I seem to have found the answer in my own post, the IGS & UNAVCO are part of NASA, so I guess all GPS tectonic plate data does come directly from NASA & other space agencies. The geologists are probably not in on the conspiracy, they’re just the ones doing the field work & the math with the data they get from NASA&co.
