Air Plane Travel

If an aircraft flys a great distance from one continent to another does it maintain level with its gyroscope once it reaches altitude all the way to its destination? If so then isn’t that all the proof that we need to realize there is only one way that would be possible? That’s a simple question that should be easily answered and would be unchallengeable. Any pilots out here willing to talk.
